The common thread which typically runs through an all-volunteer organization is the lack of a fundraising plan. This is a plan which outlines how an organization is going to raise the money it needs to meet its expenses. It details a strategy for raising funds from individuals, grants, corporations, special events and program fees. It’s crucial to preventing burn out.
